Smooth Operator: Designing keycaps with Industrial Inspiration and Modern Functionality.

For this set I designed a rounded, modernist font because it feels approachable while still maintaining the readability. One of the key features of this set is the dual-legend approach. Many keycaps display two functions or symbols, which I decided to implement for practical reasons. This allows the base kit to work with more keyboard layouts while keeping everything you need in one set.

The iconography throughout the set uses simple, recognizable symbols that maintain the utilitarian theme. I decided to keep decorative elements to a minimum, since the alphas were already kinda _busy_, focusing instead on making every visual choice serve a purpose.
